CANADA ORDERS

Return Policy

• For orders within the United States, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

• Items must be returned in unused/sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To begin the return process, email us at support@envykonick.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

International Orders: All orders outside of the United States are final sale. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damaged item to support@envykonick.com. We will produce and send a replacement at no charge.

We offer bulk pricing on a limited basis. If you are interested in purchasing 5 or more pieces, email us at support@envykonick.com.

All sizes are listed in inches. The conversions are as follows:

• 12 x 18 inches = 30.48 x 45.72 cm

• 18 x 24 inches = 45.72 x 60.96 cm

• 30 x 40 inches = 76.2 x 101.6 cm

• 40 x 60 inches = 101.6 x 152.4 cm

Most US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. For international orders, carriers may vary, but all shipments are sent via Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to ensure a smooth shipping experience.
